The Raised by Plants system is comprised of four checkpoints for our products.
We also utilize Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) to effectively lower microbial growth without adding chemicals.
The IQF process can also reduce dehydration from frozen products, maintain large amounts of the original vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients. Last, but most important is to ensure the shape, freshness and taste of the products.
Systematic Preventive Food Safety
Purified water for food production, which allows for the removal of all heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, pesticides, Trichloromethane, suspended solids, and other impurities. We test the quality of our water periodically to maintain the integrity of our purification.
Air Quality Control
We consistently measure the amount and type of airborne bacteria in our facility to ensure the best air quality in the production environment. We use UV sterilization lamps to eliminate bacteria in the air during non-production time.
Raw Materials Inspection
We require all our suppliers of raw materials to provide the testing report for pesticide residues, aflatoxin, preservatives, monochloropropanediol, non-genetically modified, heavy metals, microorganisms, etc.).
Strict Personnel CheckS
Every staff member must go through 5 sterilization checkpoints before entering the production line. We also require an annual employee health check up. In addition to the general health check, we screen for Hepatitis A, hand skin diseases, rash, abscess, trauma, tuberculosis, and other diseases.
